Bluetooth ,Apple and some random notes on the Virus
Blue tooth is not related to the dental surgeon it’s the device that provides connection to devices online .
Speakers are connected by blue tooth along with other devices like cameras, MP3 and 4 players, smart watches and also Smart TV and sound systems. Bluetooth and WiFi are similar in its use .
Apple definitely is not a fruit it’s the iPhone creator with iPad and Mac book. Apple presently earns more on selling data space in the cloud. The company sells instruments of 256 Gb capacity but just provides 5 Gb free cloud data and anything over 5GB storage you pay a bomb.
The Apple TV is also a huge revenue creator with Apple Music included
Black berry is not the fruit but a cellphone that had created waves but now it’s a dead phone brand.
Hotspots were earlier used as centres providing free WiFi at stations and malls.
Now red zones or containment areas of cities are also referred to as hotspots where more positive CoVID patients are quarantined.
Quarantine is also being wrongly used for those locked in homes and not allowed to get out on the roads.
Quarantined was used for those with any communicable diseases who were lkept aside . Tuberculosis patients had separate hospitals.
Today it’s for the CoVID -19 patient who is quarantined to prevent spread of the virus .
CoVID hospitals fear a stigma will take away other patients to separate hospitals.
CoVID 19 or CoVID2019 also feared for its speed of infections has brought about purity to rivers and to the environment with continued periods of lockdown.
The humble kitchen gloves and hand sanitizers, face masks are now life savers
Once Masks were used as a plaything for children to play , to enact a role or scare grandparents . The best mask used from few decades ago was by Phantom and the recent movie Mask has another face and name.
Sanitisers were used by society ladies who did not like to touch or shake hands with few people now it’s for personal hygiene to save your life.
Salons and hairstylists are no longer fashionable to visit as their work involves touching noses, mouths or lips and eyes. These are specific points of danger for spread of the VIRUS . Crudely put, barbers are now the super spreaders as their equipments are too intimate and their towels or napkins can spread the scourge.
These are just a few random thoughts on the current scene and times.
