Redefined new normal for dress sense

Dressing sense will undergo a change for ever . Covering more areas of your body will be good to prevent any infection on account of touch
Men will find it difficult to be macho where exposure of chest hair or biceps was in. Now it’s good to be dressed full sleeved shirt close collar and covering the neck with a scarf will be fashionable and safe. The face mask will see innovative styles of masks. Masks will match the shirt or contrast with trousers. Masks will be part of uniform in the new normal. I foresee hijab become fashionable for air hostesses to cover max portion of their face and body neck and more.
Caps and close covered monkey caps may become new fashion and normal even in summers . Thin cotton will be for the summer and winters will see use of nice wools or thicker fabric to cover face neck and head too. Scarfs and masks will be the new innovation space in fashion.
Gloves for driving scooters and bikes will be normal for all seasons. Leather gloves will be difficult to be reused so easily . May two layered gloves like cricketers gloves will be fashionable for use ion all seasons but thinner and softer.
Women will find themselves better off well covered head to toes.
Fashion scholars have good chance of innovating masks gloves and new scarfs.
So also full sleeves shirt will be more formal. Surely T shirts with shirt sleeves may go out of fashion.
Cars with all windows closed will be best way to travel though black windows may find Road transport authorities objecting to it for road safety.
Jackets or shirts may find small hidden pockets for saving sanitizers nicely closed. The pants may also have hidden pockets on the inside of waists for hiding pint sized or smaller sanitisers.
Sari users may opt for leggings inside the Saree and winters see the use of inners for all travellers and office goers.
As new normal will all change the way we work from home dress at home with zoom and google meets asking for cameras being on for key meetings that are official.
A yoga guru was talking of eating fresh food latest 90 minutes after cooking and to avoid all items keeps on refrigerators. The delivery systems of vegetables and groceries may see packaging and ready bags or suitcases to store vegetables fruits with key compartments.
Warm drinks will also be fashionable with more of herbal drinks or ginger lemon and honey being the favourite for throat safety .
Dress well eat well drink safe and be safe the new normal for all who are alive.
Stay safe love long

Daily schedule changes some days

5:15 am was my wake up time and still the alarm rings At the same time I sleep a bit again partially in thoughts some dreams and some time to just lie down

5:53 is the main alarm to allow me to go down to the ground floor where the TV is situated in the drawing room The meditation is broadcast on DoorDarshan India or DDIndia.com at 06:00 am IST (GMT+ 5:30)

After meditation relax drink warm water with clarified butter in the warm water on an empty stomach . Another option of five or six black raisins soaked in a cup of water to be taken on an empty stomach in the morning

Take one fruit first to quench hunger before the breakfast which is served by 9:00 am I took a mango for many days Cut and eat it

Choose a Mango or an apple and someday Musk melon

Fruit choice depend on the season

Have breakfast at 8:45 to 9:25 and eat it slow

Choices are usually beaten rice or Poha and slightly mixed with Coriander leaves and pea nuts to taste Sooji is a second choice and some days Idlis Dosa and rarely fried Puris with vegetables Chapaties or Indian Wheat flat Breads for breakfast Mix of ginger cumin seeds and lemon forms part of the warm water drink after breakfast

Lunch is served by 13:00 hours Meditation is all days at 12:00 noon to 12:30 or so and the whole family has been blessed by Sri Sri RaviShankar ,the guru of joy After lunch I do roam round the living room while skipping g through the TV channels or just keep listening to the dialogues vaguely not really watching the movie

Some days do lie down and scan through blogs sites and some music and short films

Evening I walk over 2500 steps on the terrace for about 45 minutes and if it’s raining walk inside the living room in long steps to the kitchen and back

19:30 is meditation for the evening Some days Sri Sri will be interacting with health workers or other dignitaries from around the world and key point is please guide us to visualise the future and suggest steps to deal with it

Few evenings I have dinner with family who love eating before meditation. I choose to eat after meditation by 8:15 pm

9:00 pm is webinar time on digital marketing steps

10:30 is switch off time to rest unless I chat for a few minutes with some friends and relations between 10:00 and 10:20 pm

Redefine a few important things in life

Redefining quite a few things in life will be the new normal.
Relationships will definitely undergo intense changes. What is new normal?  Compassion will get priority and men will also be expected to own this quality. The old always defined women as the compassionate being, loving being and caring one . Man will have to take more responsibility for the family. If the lady is on a call from office , the kid who is in the toilet will need help from papa or brother to get his soiled pants or undergarments washed . The Male washing the child in the toilet will need to know it’s not dirty to do ,but the necessary new normal.
Living together will have a new meaning . Things men never cared for will now get priority . Do you know the price of onion? Get ready to cut onions and cry . Crying will be the new normal if you are a man also . It won’t be just women who have emotions . Men will also find themselves emotional crying ,washing babies and kitchen vegetables .
When all the authority or being real man meant being mean, loud , hard talking and rude . The new normal will see men calling office to leave their jobs if they feel there is sufficient resources on hand . They choose to take a permanent break if they are in late fifty to support an older parent or in law or brother .
Compassion love sharing caring the domains of women will now welcome men to do work at home that invites compassion with light authority.
Few employees of many years of service called their company that they wish to leave the job to be home. They want to spend time with the new grandkids and with their wife who needs support .
HR will find new requests for leave or work from
Home in many cases. Men may call up for absence to tend to a child wife or father.
Be ready to redefine life values and key relationships
Time to welcome a redefined life which allows both men and women be kind compassionate and deliver soft authority. This will allow teams to trust and support colleagues needing help
Always listen to a silent colleague child or parent. Some communicate anger in silence .
Give a ear and help with your shoulder to give support
Life is now new and undergoing change
Welcome the new you new normal and be happy

Tooth brush , how frequently do you change ?

Tooth brushes are like so intimate. Like the inners , you don’t share a toothbrush ever with any one however intimate you may be with them.
I prefer to change tooth brushes once in 60’days. Is it too long to use one brush? Keep it safe not left to be impacted by dust dirt or soaps or any insect pest or tiny creatures.
Sensitive unltra soft and gentle on the gums is what I prefer to use as I have very soft gums and they tend to bleed if tough bristles are used .
Tooth paste brands,  I also prefer ones that give me a taste of cloves . I don’t know about charcoal that used to be considered LS once is now in fashion and gel tooth pastes with charcoal blended in gel .
Mint is an all time favourite taste for tooth paste.
Spicy, minty, sweet and fluoride and anti fluoride chemical free are all combinations. I been searching one that gives my gum astringent feel  or tightness. Could not find a paste with Astringent . Triphala, I am told gives me that feel, so also Amla or gooseberry flavour in paste makes my gums tighter at the end of the brushing.
I use few brands in some days.
Gum tone is an all time favourite for ages to deal with soft gums. SHY.NM paste is something that feels warm when applied on teeth and promises glass coating when used .
Children prefer sweet and wish some of the pastes are edible . Brush and eat could be an option however stupid it might appear.
Brushes have climbed the cost ladder and today brushes of whatever kind have crossed Rs 200 also for soft bristles , ultra soft and what more soft I wonder.
Many brands provide promises of being kind to your gum and teeth enamel . I wonder some use brushes angrily and brush with such ferocity that scares me and I fear that  they wish to brush off the enamel on the tooth for good or the tooth for good .
Quantity of paste used is also a discussion in some circles .
Comment on how many brushes do you use in a year or should I go for changing each period of six weeks ?
Love to hear from readers Thanks happy brushing and happy paste flavours
