Problems have a habit of being carried from business (work) to home (personal life )and vice versa.
Very smart human beings know to switch off and on the two parts of life. Switching off is an art one needs to learn by practice of yoga, pranayama and meditation.
Breathwork is key and asanas also allow you to reach home and wash your hands and feet and sit on the haunches and bow down in the manner Muslims pray. Bow down and touch your forehead on the floor and spread both your hands forward palms on the floor for a few moments. If you have difficulty spread the legs a bit under the belly or beside it.
This allows to switch off the office and let the energy flow out of your to the earth and relax for a few minutes. Bingo you feel relaxed and ready for the family. I would suggest that hugging kissing and holding your kid or wife close as a sign of welcoming yourself home is good after the few moments of bowing down and clearing your energies.
The third dimension besides work, life is the Me time. Though the home is sometimes considered personal (it is not personal when the home is for a group of parents, kids and you) Balancing the three does require mind work and chiefly breathwork and no courses give effective inputs on mind management.
It is now documented that breath plays an important part in separating the three - work-life and me-time balance is achieved by breathwork
It is good to meditate daily and use the breath to balance the three dimensions and ensure rest and sleep.
